Day 30 of my 100 Day Painting Challenge-Hooray!

Ok this one today was an experiment for me to try to keep the cloud structure much more angular rather than relying on the little circular shapes that you see in most traditional cloud paintings. My hope is to create skyscapes that are at first glance clearly a sky but that also look like light moving, drops falling, massive shapes colliding, like power…which is what I often feel when I look at an expansive, dynamic horizon in front of me.
