Day 22 of my 100 Day Painting Challenge

This painting allowed me to experiment with adding multiple layers of differing colors and hues to create a unique effect in an attempt to capture the subtleties of light shifting through air and clouds. This was on a larger 12 x 18 inch canvas which I found much more enjoyable and effortless than painting on a small size. Bigger is better in my mind when it comes to painting.
